Why We Do it

Coaching and Training began because of president and founder, Liza Davis’s passion for helping people, for encouraging them to go after their dreams and ultimately create what they want in their lives and businesses. Having facilitated coaching and training globally with Anthony Robbins, John Gray, IBM and other top companies and realizing so many dreams of her own, Liza is passionate about guiding people to getting what they really desire in both life and business and helping them to overcome limitations that have been holding them back.

Liza Davis

Liza Davis is a Founder and President of Coaching and Training. A certified Executive and Life Coach and Professional Development Trainer, she has traveled the world encouraging people and businesses to unlock the best within themselves. Having worked with some of the world’s top multinational firms to include: IBM, Samsung, and Wells Fargo she has deep insight when it comes to professional and personal transformation, building successful relationships, and career development.

Dena

Results driven, Dena Moscola has spent the past 30 years coaching and training with a focus on helping leaders and their teams strengthen strategy and improve effectiveness. Helping clients to achieve more, transform and ultimately experience long-lasting professional habit changes, she has been consistently recognized for her ability to assist others in such areas as: strategic planning, communication, blind spot elimination, team building, prioritization, conflict resolution, employee engagement, succession training, change management and more.

Joy

Having coached over 500 business owners, Joy Putnam is a an experienced Inspiration Coach helping companies improve their business, employee relations and leadership abilities. She’s particualrly passionate about working with women who are meant to be leaders, women capable of making a big impact. In the self-growth field for over 25 years, Joy is experienced working as Tony Robbin’s Peak Performance Results Coach focused on heling people create the personal and professional life of their dreams.

Jana

Working with individuals across the globe, Jana Schuberth focuses on helping people accomplish self-mastery and behavorial change. A former Tony Robbins Results Coach, she has also created a global conference entitled “Alive,” where she works with traders as they master their own complex trading psychology in order to maximize profits and have fun in the process.

Sophie

In addition to being a trainer and mentor for a leading coach training organization, Sophie has also worked for a world-renowned peak performance strategist. A trilingual professional coach (French, English, Spanish) accredited by the International Coach Federation, she helps a wide range of clients, from private individuals to mid-to-top executives coming from diverse industries in the public and private sectors across North and South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Karen

With a Master’s in Organizational Development from American University, Karen Leckie has spent her career working with those who want to realize the best version of themselves. A speaker, an agent of change and a breakthrough coach, she focuses on helping people overcome the self-imposed “fictitious restrictions” of their mind in order to achieve whatever it is they desire.
